How do I close my Portfolio?

If you want to move forward with closing your Elevault Portfolio, please send a request to our support team through our secure chat in the app, email us at teamwalt_support@teamwalt.com, or call us at 844-439-9258 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.

1. Open Portfolio Menu

2. Tap Help & Support 

3. Select "Ask" to start a new conversation

Before you send us a request to close your account, please complete the following actions:

1. Move all money from your portfolio to an active linked account

2. Delete any scheduled saves 

3. Deactivate VaultKeys 

4. "Leave" any shared vaults 

5. Delete all linked accounts
