How do I close my Portfolio?

Steps to take to close your portfolio

If you want to move forward with closing your Wealthable Portfolio, please send a request to our support team through our secure chat in the app.

1. Open Portfolio Menu

2. Tap Help & Support 

3. Select "Ask" to start a new conversation

Before you send us a request, please complete the following action:

1. Move all money from your portfolio to an active linked account

2. Delete any scheduled saves 

3. Deactivate VaultKeys 

4. "Leave" any shared vaults 

5. Delete all linked accounts
